Weekly Photo Challenge: Round

Standard

Waiting for cotton candy is not an easy task.

“All things come round to him who will but wait.” Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

A lot of life is about waiting.  The important thing is what we do while we are waiting.  If we make each moment count, nothing has really been wasted.

Thinking about changing before it's forced makes the change easier.

“A round man cannot be expected to fit in a square hole right away. He must have time to modify his shape.” Mark Twain

I’m a person who loves change, but I don’t like change that is forced on me.  I’d rather have come up with it myself.  Life, however, doesn’t always work that way.  When we are the enforcers of change, we can remember the wise advice from Mark Twain.

Circle yourself with your loved ones, and love on them! Life is short!

“As you walk down the fairway of life you must smell the roses, for you only get to play one round.” Ben Hogan

When my children were small, many people advised, “Children grow up fast!  Enjoy every minute!”  They were right, and I am grateful that we have loved one another deeply!
